Get to Know DR: Embroidery

Close your eyes and tap your heels together three times.  And, think to yourself, ‘There’s no place like home.’”  That’s right!  Did you know that Direct Results, at home in the heart of Waynesburg, has an embroidery production department?  Embroidery is an art form that can add a custom touch to almost any garment.  Companies that add customized embroidery to their employees’ apparel add a higher perceived value to their brand.  Embroidered apparel has a real lasting and branding power and customers associate such apparel with their brand.

Direct Results produces an average of 1000-2000 embroidered garments weekly!  We’ve done embroidery on hats, shirts, aprons, backpacks, jackets, beanies, blankets, FR clothing, scarves, cooler bags, stadium chairs, and more.  Our passion for quality design and production can’t be beat!  We take pride in every piece that goes out the door, and our experience and attention to detail are undeniable.  We are preferred vendors for the Pittsburgh Penguins, along with several large oil and gas companies, radio stations, financial institutions, and our customer base spans much of the United States, including customers in Alaska and Hawaii.

Direct Results has earned respectability as an innovative company that can take an idea and materialize it from concept to reality.  Our talented graphic designers work closely with Deb Heath in our embroidery department to make your clothing a work of art.  “I want our clients to rave over the products we provide,” says Deb.  “I love my career, and I want to help your business be successful.”

After the personalized design has been completed, Deb begins the process of creating the embroidered product on one of our state-of-the-art embroidery machines.  She carefully matches brand colors to the perfect shade of thread and creates a test sample.  Deb works diligently to work out any issues until she has created a flawless piece.

Deb, a veteran, is active in her community.  She serves in the Honor Guard as Sergeant of Arms, where she participates in military memorial services, along with other community based functions, including parades, sending care packages to active military members overseas, and helping other local veterans.  She currently lives in Waynesburg and enjoys traveling, people, and food.  In her free time, she likes to do arts and crafts with her godchildren, exercising, reading books and poetry, and listening to music.

If you’re interested in embroidered products for your business, and you’re not sure where to start, call 724-627-2040 and talk to one of our experts.  Be sure to check out a brief video of our embroidery process in action on garments for the Penguins at https://vimeo.com/356222220.  We will be happy to assist you in setting your business a step above with unique products and apparel.  You won’t have to look any further than your own backyard, right here at home!
